Have you met Judge Stanley or Judge Sara?

By Ashley G. Stollar, Communcations and Outreach Specialist

Have you met Judge Sara? First Lady Sandra Deal has. Travelling with Judge Danielle McRae's husband, Senior Trooper Timothy McRae, Judge Sara met Ms. Deal at the Governor's mansion.

Judge Sara with Ms. Deal

A little about Judge Stanley/Judge Sara:

You may have heard about her friend, Flat Stanley, who travels the globe on great adventures through the mail.  While traveling the world is a big accomplishment, my goals are much smaller. I want to travel to all the counties in Georgia – all 159 of them – meeting as many kids (and judges!) as possible on my travels.   I also want to help teach people about Georgia’s judicial system.

How can you help?

 • Get your customized version of the Judge and name him/her as you wish.

 • When you travel to a school, take me along and take a photo of me with the kids you speak to!

 • When you’re at the courthouse, take some photos of me on the bench or in the jury box!

 • If you’re traveling to a conference, bring me along and tell your colleagues about me!

• Send your pictures to my friend Ashley Stollar at the Judicial Council/AOC. You can email her at ashley.stollar@georgiacourts.gov.
