New member of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Justice Sarah Hawkins Warren

Justice Warren being sworn in by Governor Nathan DealJustice Sarah Hawkins Warren was sworn in as Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia on September 17, 2018. She received bachelor’s degrees in public policy and Spanish from Duke University, and a law degree from the Duke University School of Law, all earned magna cum laude. Prior to her appointment, Justice Warren served as Georgia’s solicitor general. 

At 36 she becomes the youngest member of Georgia’s current panel of Justices.
