In Memoriam - December 2016

• Senior Judge William Neville joined the US Army prior to the start of World War II, during which he served in the China-Burma-India Theater and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Judge Neville, who passed away on September 15, 2016, graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1949. He practiced law in Statesboro, first with his father and then his wife until his 1984 appointment to the superior court bench. Judge Neville retired in 1996.
