From the Supreme Court

• On June 13, 2012, the Supreme Court of Georgia passed an order creating the Statewide Judicial Civil E-Filing Committee charged with facilitating the development and implementation of civil e-filing in all classes of court throughout the judiciary.  This committee will be supported administratively by the Administrative Office of the Courts.


From the Court of Appeals

The Court of Appeals passed the following rule amendments effective November 1, 2012:
Rule 24. Preparation.
(f)  Limitation as to length.
